Marine Core ROTC
Mark Lewis, 15 adjusts his belt while looking into a toothpaste-speckled bathroom mirror. A sergeant in the Freshman class at Rutland High School, Mark had to fit his "Dress Blue" uniform in preparation for the Military Ball coming up this spring.
